Exchange 2010 and Entourage on Mac – User can’t send or receive email

Had a problem today with a client who couldn’t send or receive email on his Mac since the upgrade from Exchange 2003 to 2010.

Traced the problem to a permission that had been incorrectly copied across.

You need to ensure that under ‘Manage Send As’ permissions that NT AUTHORITY/SELF is applied and it will work fine.
